Whiteman Elementary School is hosting a Jazz festival on Saturday, May 17th from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. to remember and celebrate the years at Whiteman Elementary. The festival theme is in honor of Wilber Force Whiteman, who was a director of Music in DPS and his son, Paul Whiteman, who was a famous Jazz Musician. There will be activities for current and past students, staff, families, neighbors, alumni, volunteers and supporters. Key note speaker will be Mike Wilson, former Whiteman Principal. Come get down with Whiteman students and staff!
