Community Input To-Date
Though the four properties have not yet been placed on the market, DPS has already started meeting with community stakeholders regarding desired uses for each building, including the City and County of Denver, members of the Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation, several neighborhood associations, area residents, members of City Council and other community leaders. Based upon meetings with City Council representatives and members of the Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation, follow-up outreach activities were recommended and acted upon for several of the properties:
Byers

Ongoing Stakeholder Communication
After the first round of community input meetings, stakeholders will receive three follow-up communications:
- A letter or email summarizing their community meeting(s) and outlining next steps
- A letter or email inviting them to attend a follow-up meeting, where the top proposal(s) submitted for the facility of interest will be presented
- A letter or email announcing the proposal that was selected for their neighborhood building
