Estimated Cost to Reopen as School: Estimated at approximately $500,000 for building updates. Does not include program-specific modifications that may be needed for a particular school, such as specialized classrooms.
Additional Facility Notes: Building is considered to be in good condition. Note that the field to the South of property belongs to the City of Denver and is managed by Parks and Recreation. There is no fencing between the school and park grounds
