New Tools, Better Support

In an effort to better support schools and departments, the Communications Office has introduced new online tools and automated the process for submitting information and requesting support.

It's now easier and faster to promote a school or department, and submit a document you need translated online.

Request Translation

Submit your request online. No more faxing in the request or e-mailing several documents. Complete the request form online and upload the file.

Promote Your Events

Enter every meeting, sporting event, music performance or employee meeting on the Calendar of Events. People are able to search events by type, school/department and date.

Share Your Announcement

Submit your school success stories, teacher and student awards, and department initiatives. Everything is done online, by you. You type it, you format it and we post it. All requests will be considered. Principals and directors must approve the content. Click here to submit an announcement.

Draft Your Own Press Release

Have a newsworthy story to share with the media? Use the online template and draft your own press release. We will send it to the media on your behalf. Confused about what is newsworthy? Call us. Remember, always consider submitting an event and/or announcement regardless whether you send out a press release. Click here to submit your press release.
