Request Phone Interpretation

Guidelines

  • Requests for over-the-phone interpretation need to be submitted online prior to your scheduled meeting and with advance notice. All approved languages are available for this service.
  • Request a return phone call or three-way conference with parents with adequate advance notice. Only Spanish is available.

Over-the-Phone Interpretation

We now offer consecutive interpretation over-the-phone for all approved languages. We can connect you to a live interpreter for any of the approved languages within 120 seconds.  

Instructions

  • Submit your request online prior to your scheduled meeting.
  • Use a telephone with a speakerphone or conferencing capabilities.
  • Make sure all parties are present or on the phone before initiating the service.
  • When you are ready to begin, call us at 720-423-8152 to be connected to an interpreter for the requested language.
  • Once connected with the interpreter, begin your meeting. Please stop speaking after every couple of sentences or thoughts to allow the interpreter to speak.
  • Keep in mind that we are billed by the minute. If all parties are not present or the meeting is delayed, please hold off on calling us for service. It only takes 120 seconds to connect you to an interpreter.
