The Principals' Handbook has many useful resources for principals. You can download letters to send home to parents, review tool kits on district initiatives, print media release forms for students and more. Only principals and other authorized employees have access to the Principals' Handbook. Contact the DoTS Hotline for technical assistance.

Translation and Interpretation Services

You can submit your requests for translation or interpretation online. No more faxing in the request or e-mailing several documents. All can be done online. Simply click on the type of service you need and follow the instructions.
Calendar of Events

Want to promote your school event on the DPS Web site? You can now include your events, meetings or music performances on the district-wide Calendar of Events. Simply fill out the online form and submit to us for approval.
Announcements

Want to highlight your school on the DPS Web site? You can now submit to us your school success stories, teacher and student awards and school initiatives. Everything is done online by you. You write it, you format it and we post it. All submissions will be considered. Principals must approve the content.
Media Support

Have a newsworthy story to share with the media? Use the online template and draft your own press release. We will send it to the media on your behalf. Confused about what is newsworthy? Call us. Remember, always consider submitting an event and/or announcement regardless whether you send out a press release. Click here to submit your press release.
